It's always a beast when you've committed to a diet and you are all pumped to accomplish your weight loss goals. The keto diet will help you accomplish that, but if you have no ideas on what you can eat on the diet then it all falls apart. And quickly I might add.
So with that in mind, here's a simple little keto-friendly recipe for you. It's one of my favorites, and I'm sure you are going to love it to! Give it a try.


Ingredients:
- Coconut oil (2 tbsp)
- Grass-fed butter (2 tbsp)
- Chopped onions (4 tbsp)
- Chopped garlic (3 tbsp)
- Salt (2 tsp)
- 1 head broccoli (chopped into smaller florets)
- Cinnamon powder (1/2 tsp)
- Chili powder (1/2 tsp)
Preparation:
- Add coconut oil in pan and heat. Once oil is hot, add grass-fed butter and mix till butter melts.
- Add in onions and stir fry till onions turn golden brown.
- Add garlic and stir for a minute or two. Keep heat on low.
- Add cinnamon powder, salt, chili powder and broccoli florets into pan and stir fry on high heat.
- Once you see broccoli is cooked, turn off heat and add the broccoli to a bowl and it’s ready to serve.
